South Andaman District Police Recovers and Returns 45 Lost Mobile Phones to Owners in 2024

The South Andaman District Police has demonstrated remarkable dedication to public service by successfully recovering and returning 45 lost mobile phones registered in the Central Equipment Identity Register (CEIR) Portal between January 1st, 2024, and March 31st, 2024.

In recent incidents, the vigilant and dedicated staff of the South Andaman District Police identified and retrieved lost mobile phones from various locations across the region. Recognising the significance of personal belongings and the invaluable data stored on mobile devices, the police officers acted swiftly to locate the owners and facilitate the return of the devices.
