The residents of Andaman & Nicobar Islands now have a streamlined way to submit grievances thanks to the newly launched Android Mobile Application, ‘AN SEVA 311’. This app enables the public to report issues concerning Health, Police, Fire, APWD, PBMC, Forest, RD/Panchayat, Electricity, and other services.
The respective departments are committed to addressing these grievances as early as possible and will communicate resolutions through the app. Public participation is greatly encouraged to ensure effective governance.
