Electricity Bills for the Month of April 2021 could not be delivered to the premises of the consumers at various areas. Electricity Department has urged customers to contact the cash counter of their respective site office of the department with their electricity account number for making the payment of the bill.
Further customers can also use online platform https://urjapay.andaman.gov.in for making the payment of electricity bills. The online payment facility is available round the clock and by paying bills on time customers can avoid surcharge.
Customers have been asked to contact their respective site offices incase of any queries.

Mera Name (AMULYA MONDAL) Meter No W3-244 itna hai , Hum onine payment karta hu .mai onine payment karte samay mera yeha internet slow hone ki karan payment hua nhi. Abhi hum dubara payment karne ja raha hu but payment nhi ho raha hai. Status PENDING dikha raha hai. plz apse yehi nibedan hai ki mai dubara onine payment kar saku ….. plz mera ye problem jaldi se short out kardigiye…….
