Rs. 6267.06 Crore Expenditure Proposed for Andaman & Nicobar Islands in Union Budget 2025-26

The Union Budget 2025-26 includes a demand for grants amounting to ₹6267.06 crore for the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. The demand, tabled under Demand No. 52, highlights proposed allocations for governance, infrastructure, and essential services in the Union Territory. The proposal, which will now be reviewed and approved by Parliament, aims to boost key sectors such as power, education, healthcare, transportation, and more.
