Advocate Suparna Biswas, Vice President of the Pathshala APP initiative by Atal Foundation, also joined in wishing the students success. She shared several useful tips, focusing on maintaining a calm and optimistic attitude during this critical period.
The Foundation outlined key “Do’s and Don’ts” for both students and parents to ease exam-related stress and promote healthy practices:
Don’ts:
- Parents should avoid putting undue pressure on their children.
- Comparing students is discouraged, as every child is unique with their own potential.
- A positive mindset is essential—negative thoughts can hinder success.
Do’s:
- Students are encouraged to believe in themselves and stay confident.
- Maintaining calm and focus is crucial during exams. Deep breathing and positive thinking can help manage stress.
- Students should remember they are the center of their parents’ world, providing them a strong emotional support system.
The Atal Foundation expressed its prayers and best wishes for the students’ success, hoping they perform their best and achieve their dreams.
