In a heartfelt tribute to the unwavering dedication of nurses, the TSG Charitable Foundation organised a special programme on the occasion of International Nurses Day 2025 at the TSG Emerald View Hotel.
The event celebrated the compassion, resilience, and vital contributions of nursing professionals across the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. More than 20 nurses from various healthcare institutions were felicitated with Certificates of Appreciation for their exemplary service.
The felicitation ceremony was led by Mr. TSG Bhasker, Chairman of TSG Charitable Foundation, and attended by several distinguished guests and social workers including Mr. Rangalal Halder, Ms. Ratna Kannan, Ms. Pushpanjali Raju, and Ms. Zubaida Begum.
Addressing the gathering, Mr. TSG Bhasker highlighted the indispensable role of nurses in the healthcare system and lauded their commitment, especially during times of crisis. He also reaffirmed the Foundation’s ongoing dedication to supporting healthcare workers and advancing community welfare initiatives.
The programme served as a meaningful gesture of public appreciation and concluded with a renewed pledge to uphold the spirit of service embodied by the nursing community.
