In view of the Independence Day celebrations on August 15, 2025 (Friday), the Directorate of Shipping Services will operate additional passenger ferry services between Chatham and Bambooflat from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm to facilitate commuters from Bambooflat and adjoining areas.
An extra vehicle ferry service will also be operated on the day as per the following schedule:
- 5:00 am – Bambooflat to Phoenix Bay
- 8:30 pm – Phoenix Bay to Bambooflat
Residents of the concerned areas have been requested to make use of these special ferry arrangements.
