The Andaman & Nicobar Territorial Congress Committee (ANTCC) observed the 81st birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna Late Shri Rajiv Gandhi with solemnity and reverence at Gandhi Bhawan, Port Blair on 20th August 2025.
The commemoration was led by ANTCC President Mr. Rangalal Halder and Campaign Committee Chairman Mr. TSG Bhasker, who, along with party members, paid floral tributes to the portrait of the former Prime Minister. The leaders recalled Rajiv Gandhi’s visionary leadership and his remarkable contributions towards the nation’s development.
To mark the occasion, sweets were distributed among the gathering. The event witnessed the participation of heads of frontal organisations, departmental representatives, senior Congress leaders, and numerous party workers.
