As part of the Independence Day 2025 celebrations, the State Library, Sri Vijaya Puram, organized a successful Essay and Elocution Competition for senior students in both English and Hindi. The event, held on 16th August 2025, culminated in a grand prize distribution ceremony at the Conference Hall of the State Library.
The ceremony was graced by Ms. Archana Singh, Deputy Director of Education (Plg) and Nodal Officer of the State Library, who attended as the chief guest. She felicitated the winners and delivered an inspiring address, encouraging students to express their thoughts on topics of national significance.
The competition provided a platform for students to articulate their views while reflecting on the enduring relevance of India’s freedom struggle. The event concluded with a formal vote of thanks, marking the successful completion of a memorable and inspiring celebration.
