The Directorate of Social Welfare, A&N Administration, marked the 5th anniversary of the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan (NMBA) with a community-centric celebration at Mannarghat Gram Panchayat on Tuesday. The event saw active participation from PRI members, youth, ASHA and Anganwadi workers, NMBA Committee members, SHGs, and local residents.
Representatives from the Police Department, Integrated Rehabilitation Centre for Addicts (IRCA), Human Touch NGO, and other stakeholder organisations also joined the programme. The event began with a ceremonial welcome and felicitation of guests, followed by a pledge administered to all attendees, reaffirming collective commitment to building a drug-free society.
