A five-day Peripatetic Training Programme on “Pay Fixation/MACP and RTI” commenced on December 8 at the TGCE auditorium. The programme is being organised by the AR & Training Wing of the Andaman & Nicobar Administration in collaboration with the Institute of Secretariat Training & Management (ISTM), Department of Personnel & Training, Government of India, New Delhi. It is tailored for staff belonging to the Amalgamated Clerical Cadre of the A&N Administration.
Inaugurating the programme, Ms. Shailaja, Assistant Secretary (AR&Trg.), underlined the need for continuous capacity building and strengthening of administrative efficiency across government departments.
ISTM has deputed two resource persons—Mr. Vijay Kumar Keshari, Deputy Director, and Mr. Nafe Singh Saini, Retired Deputy Director—to conduct sessions and impart specialised training throughout the five-day schedule.
