The Andaman & Nicobar Administration has invited all local registered SMEs, SHGs, Co-operative Societies, small-scale artisans and KVI-assisted units engaged in the manufacture of handicrafts to apply for marketing support through Andaman & Nicobar Emporium – Sagarika and Khadi Gramodyog Bhawan.
Eligible applicants have been asked to submit their applications along with product rates, samples in the prescribed format, and photographs of the samples (in JPEG format) on or before 11 January 2026.
According to the Administration, applications will be shortlisted as per the notified guidelines titled “Providing of Marketing Support through ANE–Sagarika” dated 03 May 2019. Preference will be accorded to new, upcoming and first-time applicants, particularly those from remote areas of the Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
The notice also clarifies that the selection process does not automatically confer any right to marketing assistance, and the Administration reserves the right to withdraw the notification at any time. (Story Based on PR)
