The Department of Sports and Youth Affairs, Andaman & Nicobar Administration, conducted the State-Level presentation round of the Viksit Bharat Challenge Track under the guidelines of the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India. The programme is part of the national Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue, aimed at engaging young minds on themes linked to the Vision of Viksit Bharat @2047.

The selected candidates were invited to the State-Level round held at JNRM College, Sri Vijaya Puram. Presentations were evaluated on clarity of vision, innovation and creativity, feasibility of implementation, impact, and leadership. The jury panel and Ministry-appointed moderator assessed the performances as part of the Viksit Bharat Challenge selection process.
Participants shared insights gained during the multi-stage journey—ranging from government schemes and developmental programs to societal, environmental, and economic perspectives shaping modern India. Certificates were awarded to all youth who participated at the State-Level championship.
