The Department of Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs has announced that it will conduct Special Aadhaar Camps across various Gram Panchayats in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands during the month of February 2026, with the objective of providing convenient Aadhaar-related services to the general public.
According to the Department, the camps will function from 9.30 am to 4.00 pm and will facilitate Aadhaar enrolment, updates and other related services, especially benefiting residents of rural and remote areas.
In South Andaman, the Special Aadhaar Camps will be held at Humfrygunj on February 12 and 13, Wandoor on February 17 and 18, Beodnabad on February 19 and 20, Kanyapuram on February 24 and 25, and Namunaghar on February 26 and 27. Camps will also be organised at Neil Kendra, Shaheed Dweep, on February 10 and 11.
In North and Middle Andaman, the camp will be conducted at Uttara on February 11 and 12.
For the Nancowry region, a three-day Special Aadhaar Camp will be organised at Katchal from February 10 to 12.
The Department has urged all eligible residents to make use of this opportunity and complete their Aadhaar-related work during the scheduled camps, ensuring timely access to essential identity services.
