The prestigious National Team Chess Championship 2026 is scheduled to be held at Raipur, Chhattisgarh, from March 16 to 22, 2026. In this connection, eligible players from the Andaman & Nicobar Islands have been invited to express their willingness to represent the Islands at the national event.
According to information received, only those players who participated in the A&N State Chess Championship 2025 will be considered for selection. The team will be selected strictly on the basis of the final standings of the A&N State Chess Championship 2025.
The selected team will comprise four main players and one reserve player.
