According to sources Jio is likely to officially launch its 4G services in Port Blair and surrounding areas next week.
The residents of Andaman and Nicobar Islands have been eagerly waiting for Jio to launch its services.
Currently, almost all sites of Jio in Port Blair are operational and residents who already have Jio sim cards from other states are enjoying the high-speed data on the Jio network.
Residents have been posting queries on various social media platforms about the official launch of Jio services.
Sources with knowledge, informed Nicobar Times, that Jio is all set to launch its services on Republic Day (26th January 2022).
With the launch of Jio in Andaman and Nicobar Islands, the residents will be able to enjoy high-speed data.
Airtel was the first mobile network to introduce 4G services in Andaman and Nicobar Islands and with the launch of Jio, the residents of the Islands will get another option.
