Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha on 9 May 2022 organised a protest at Port Blair against the killings of their karyakartas in West Bengal. The protest which was organised near BJP Office, Middle Point saw the participation of senior leaders of BJP, Andaman and Nicobar Islands & BJYM, Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
An effigy of Mamata Banerjee, Chief Minister of West Bengal was burnt by the BJYM Karyakartas during the protest.
BJYM karyakartas shouted slogans against the Mamata Banerjee led TMC Govt. of West Bengal.
BJP has blamed the TMC for political murders ever since TMC came back to power in West Bengal.
Recently, Mr. Arjun Chowrasia, a 26-year-old BJYM Karyakarta was found hanging inside a building in North Kolkata’s Ghosh Bagan area. BJP has blamed TMC of murdering Mr. Arjun.
