Andaman and Nicobar Islands have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic just like the rest of the country and the world. According to the latest figures by Andaman and Nicobar Administration there are total 151 active cases of COVID-19 in the Islands now.
9 new cases of COVID-19 were detected in the Islands recently out of which 4 are contact cases and 5 cases arrived through various flights. Altogether from the start Andaman and Nicobar Islands have witnessed 4527 COVID-19 cases and out of which 4315 have recovered.
61 cases of deaths have also been reported from the Islands till today.
