The District Administration, led by Deputy Commissioner Ms. Veditha Reddy, IAS, hosted a Camp Court event under the banner ‘Zilla Prashasan Apke Dwaar’ at the community hall in Tushnabad Gram Panchayat on September 9, 2023. A significant turnout of residents from Tushnabad, Habdipur, Caddlegunj, Aniket, Mohwaderra, and neighbouring villages gathered at the Camp Court to present their grievances to the Deputy Commissioner and her team.
During the event, citizens had the opportunity to voice their concerns, and the District Administration promptly provided guidance and directives for addressing these grievances in accordance with the law. Line Department Officials were also in attendance, alongside members of the Gram Panchayat Tushnabad. The Pradhan of the Gram Panchayat Tushnabad extended a warm welcome to Deputy Commissioner Ms. Veditha Reddy and her team, expressing appreciation for the District Administration’s proactive approach in engaging with the public and resolving Gram Panchayat issues.
The Camp Court saw the participation of key officials, including Mr. Dilkhush Meena, IAS, ADM, Mr. Azharuddin Quazi, IAS, SDM, and Mr. Anand Vardhan, AC(S).
This outreach initiative reaffirms the commitment of the District Administration to ensuring transparent, accessible, and efficient governance for the residents of South Andaman.
