Shri. Ajoy Bairagi, State President, Bharatiya Janata Party, Andaman and Nicobar Islands was on an official tour to Little Andaman from 14th of December to 16th of December 2020. During the official tour of the State President, Shri. Vishal Jolly, Former State President, Bharatiya Janata Party, Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Shri. N.K Udhaya Kumar, State President, Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha , Andaman and Nicobar Islands accompanied him.
On 14th of December the delegation attended a meeting with the Hut Bay Booth Committee of Bharatiya Janata Party, same day the delegation also met the Booth Committee of Netaji Nagar, Rabindra Nagar, Vivekananda Pur and had dinner at Vivekananda Pur. During the meeting with Rabindra Nagar Booth Committee, 23 families of the region joined BJP under the leadership of Shri. Ajoy Bairagi and the visiting delegation. During the meeting at Vivekananda Pur Booth 19 people joined the Bharatiya Janata Party under the leadership of Shri. Ajoy Bairagi and the visiting delegation.
On 15th of December 2020 the visiting delegation had breakfast at the house of Shri. Tarak Sarkar at R.K Pur, Little Andaman. The visiting delegation also attended a Kisan Sammelan organised at Little Andaman in Rabindra Nagar Community Hall from 10:00 Am to 2:30 Pm, where the farmers of Little Andaman were explained the benefits of the new farm laws.
The visiting delegation also attended a meeting of the Party Workers in the house of Shri. Budha Gopal Das where 43 families joined the Bharatiya Janata party under the leadership of Shri. Sanjay Chaudhary, The families had earlier written a letter to Shri. Ajoy Bairagi, State President, Bharatiya Janata Party, Andaman and Nicobar Islands expressing their willingness to join the Bharatiya Janata Party without any condition.
On 16th of December 2020 the delegation returned back to Port Blair.
