South Andaman Police Disposes 1458 Old Case Properties in 2023

In a determined effort to uphold justice and enhance operational efficiency, the South Andaman Police achieved a remarkable milestone by successfully disposing of 1458 old case properties throughout the year 2023, notably culminating in the disposal of 743 properties in December alone.

Under the guidance and support of the Deputy Commissioner of South Andaman, the police force conducted the disposal process in the presence of an Executive Magistrate, ensuring a transparent and accountable procedure. Each step adhered meticulously to legal protocols, guaranteeing that every case property was handled with precision and in strict accordance with the law.

This comprehensive initiative not only aimed to alleviate backlog but also emphasised the commitment of the South Andaman Police to maintaining a transparent, efficient, and responsible policing system.
