MP Participates in Staphana of 12 Jyotirlingas at Radha Krishna Temple in Wimberlygunj

In a remarkable ceremony held on February 26th, 2024, Mr. Kuldeep Rai Sharma, the esteemed Member of Parliament representing the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, along with his wife Mrs. Vinita Sharma,  participated in the installation of 12 Jyotirlingas at the Radha Krishna Temple in Wimberlygunj.

The event, graced by a multitude of devotees, prominent figures, and the general public, resonated with devout fervour as participants actively engaged in the sacred rituals.

The consecration of these 12 Jyotirlingas, each representing a divine aspect of Lord Shiva including Somnath, Mallikarjun, Mahakaleshwar, Omkareshwar, Kedarnath, Bhimshankar, Kashi Vishwanath, Trimbakeshwar, Vaidyanath, Nageshwar, Rameshwaram, and Grishneshwar, signifies a significant milestone for the spiritual community in the region.

This auspicious occasion not only enables local worshippers to pay homage to the revered Jyotirlingas within their vicinity but also beckons devotees from far-flung corners of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

The active involvement of the Puja Committee of Radha Krishna Temple, Wimberlygunj, in the sanctification process and the installation of the 12 Jyotirlingas contributed to the resounding success of the event, elevating it to a grand spectacle of divine reverence and communal unity.
