Andaman and Nicobar Islands will soon achieve 100% first dose vaccination. On 19th of September 2021, the Islands achieved 99.87% of the first dose vaccination of the eligible population. 2,81,240 first dose COVID-19 Vaccinations have been administered in Andaman and Nicobar Administration till 19th of September 2021.
Altogether Andaman and Nicobar Islands have administered 4,11,782 doses of COVID-19 vaccines till 19th of September 2021.
02 new cases of COVID-19 were detected in the Islands recently. Altogether, Andaman and Nicobar Islands currently has 13 active cases of COVID-19 as on 19th of September 2021.
Out of the 13 active cases twelve cases have been reported from South Andaman District and one case has been reported from North and Middle Andaman District. No active case of COVID-19 have been reported from Nicobar District.
