Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Diglipur, North & Middle Andaman has issued an order to check on unnecessary gathering at Subashgram Bazaar in permitted hours between 6 Am to 10 Am. The residents of Naveen Nagar, Sitanagar, Krishnapuri, Rabindrapally are allowed to visit Subashgram Bazaar on Monday and Thursday. The residents of Madhupur to Shyamnagar, D.B Gram have been allowed to visit Subashgram Bazaar on Tuesday and Friday. Whereas the residents of Khudirampur, R.K Gram to Lamiya Bay have been allowed to visit the Subashgram Bazaar on Wednesday and Saturday.
The order further states that to curb the movement to Subashgram Bazaar the public will be encouraged to visit the nearby shops at Aerial Bay, R.K Gram, Shyamnagar etc.
Necessary movement pass shall also be issued to facilitate the movement of shopkeepers for home delivery of items.
