12th Andaman & Nicobar State Conference of CPI(M) to Begin Today

The 12th Andaman & Nicobar State Conference of the Communist Party of India (Marxist) is set to kick off on 28th December, 2024, with a large-scale procession followed by a public meeting at Tiranga Park.

The procession, starting at 4 p.m. from Tiranga Park, will make its way through key areas such as Aberdeen Bazaar before returning to the park. At 5 p.m., a public meeting will take place, with prominent leaders addressing the gathering. Among the speakers will be G. Ramakrishnan, Polit Bureau Member, Dr. Sujan Chakraborty, former Member of Parliament and Central Committee Member, and D. Ayyappan, State Secretary of CPI(M).

The conference’s delegate session will be held the next day, 29th December, 2024, at the Atul Smriti Samiti (Bengali Club). Delegates and observers elected from various Area and other Committees will participate in the session.

This event marks a significant occasion for CPI(M) in the region, with key party leaders coming together to discuss critical political issues.
