The Andaman & Nicobar Police have launched a search for a 30-year-old man from Haryana who has been reported missing in Sri Vijaya Puram for nearly three weeks.
The missing person, identified as Prashant, son of Mr. Ashok Kumar, a resident of Rohtak, Haryana, was last seen on May 23, 2025, when he disembarked from Sindhu Vessel at Haddo Wharf. Since then, his whereabouts remain unknown.
During preliminary inquiry, it has emerged that Prashant may have left his home due to financial difficulties and could possibly be concealing his identity to maintain a low profile.
Police have issued a physical description of the missing man:
- Age: 30 years
- Height: 5 feet 8 inches
- Build: Slim
- Face Shape: Long
A missing report has been officially registered at PS Chatham on June 12, 2025. Authorities have appealed to the public to come forward with any credible information regarding his whereabouts.
