38.68% of the total eligible beneficiaries in A & N Islands have been administered with at least the first dose of COVID-19 vaccination. The approximate number of total eligible COVID-19 Vaccination beneficiaries have been estimated at 2,81,603. Out of the 2,81,603 eligible beneficiaries, 1,08,911 people have been vaccinated with the first dose of COVID-19 vaccination.
15.95% of those vaccinated with the first dose of COVID-19 Vaccines, have also received their second dose. The number of beneficiaries who have received their second dose of the vaccine in the Islands stands at 17,374.
27.23% of the total population of the Islands (Total Population Estimated at 4,00,000) has been inoculated with at least the first dose of COVID-19 Vaccination.
In total, 1,26,285 doses of COVISHIELD have been administrated in Andaman and Nicobar Islands till 1st of June 2021.
