Andaman and Nicobar Islands Administration, in collaboration with the Staff Selection Commission, New Delhi, recently conducted Common Recruitment Examinations for various Group ‘C’ Matric Level Posts and Higher Secondary Level Posts. The recruitment drive was initiated following Vacancy Notice No. 4-13/2022-R&E Cell dated April 29, 2023, for Matric Level Posts and Vacancy Notice No. 4-12/2023-R&E Cell/462 dated May 26, 2023, for Higher Secondary Level Posts.
The Written Examination, a crucial phase of the recruitment process, took place on July 9, 2023, for Matric Level Posts and on July 23, 2023, for Higher Secondary Level Posts. In an effort to maintain transparency and provide candidates with an opportunity to review their performance, the A & N Administration has announced the release of Answer Keys.
The Answer Keys will be available for candidates to access on the official portal (https://karmic.andaman.gov.in) starting from September 15, 2023, and will remain accessible until September 17, 2023. During this period, candidates are encouraged to meticulously review the Answer Keys and report any discrepancies or errors they may identify in the Questions and Answers.
To submit claims or objections related to the Answer Keys, candidates must act promptly and adhere to the specified deadline. All claims and objections should be submitted before 12:00 Pm on September 17, 2023. Candidates can utilise the official portal (https://karmic.andaman.gov.in) to log in using their Roll Number and Date of Birth, where they will find links to access their OMR Answer Sheets and submit their claims and objections.
In addition to using the portal, candidates also have the option to submit documentary evidence supporting their claims via email to deputysecretaryre@gmail.com. It is essential to note that objections received only within the stipulated period, i.e., by 1200 Hrs Midnight on September 17, 2023, will be reviewed and considered in the final determination of answers by the Competent Authority.
