The Department of Art & Culture, Andaman and Nicobar Administration, is gearing up to organize a Film Festival tentatively scheduled for May/June 2025. Aimed at celebrating the art of cinema and storytelling, the festival will bring together a curated collection of films across various genres, promising a rich cinematic experience for the local audience.
Filmmakers, storytellers, organizations, and distributors from the islands as well as from across the country are invited to participate by screening short films, documentaries, or feature films. The initiative seeks to provide a platform for creative voices while offering film enthusiasts a unique opportunity to engage with diverse stories.
Participation in the festival is free of charge, and individuals or agencies interested in screening their films are encouraged to submit their entries to the Director (Art & Culture).
