The Andaman and Nicobar Police have taken a significant step towards modernising community policing with the introduction of an innovative QR code-based feedback management system. This cutting-edge system empowers residents and citizens of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands to provide instant feedback and report concerns with ease, directly from their smartphones.

Presently, feedback can be submitted for four Police Stations in the South Andaman District, including PS Aberdeen, PS Pahargaon, PS Chatham, and PS Bambooflat.

Additionally feedback can also be submitted for CID Unit of Andaman and Nicobar Police.

How Does the QR Code System Work?

The process is straightforward and user-friendly. QR codes have been strategically placed at various locations throughout the islands. Residents can simply use their smartphones to scan these QR codes, which will then redirect them to a dedicated platform for feedback and reporting.

Why Is This Important?

The Andaman and Nicobar Police is committed to transparency, accountability, and continuously improving its services. This QR code-based feedback system is a significant step in this direction. It allows citizens to actively participate in shaping a safer and better community by providing their valuable input and concerns.

Benefits of the QR Code-Based Feedback System:

1. Instant Communication: With this system, communication between residents and the police is streamlined. Citizens can report concerns or provide feedback instantly, eliminating any delay in addressing issues.

2. Community Engagement: The QR code system encourages community-police collaboration. It invites residents to become active participants in enhancing the safety and quality of life on the islands.

3. Transparency: The Andaman and Nicobar Police is dedicated to being transparent in its operations. This system provides a clear channel for residents to voice their opinions, fostering transparency and openness.

4. Service Improvement: Feedback is a valuable resource for any organisation, including the police. With this system, the police can gather insights from the community to make improvements in their services.

The Andaman and Nicobar Police invites all residents to embrace this modern approach to community policing. By utilising the QR code-based feedback system, you can play an active role in contributing to the safety and well-being of the islands.
