AATO Attends IITM Travel Exhibition in Bengaluru; Puducherry Tourism Minister Inaugurates AATO Pavilion

Andaman Association of Tour Operators (AATO), led by its president Mr. M. Vinod, is attending the IITM Travel Exhibition currently underway in Bengaluru. The event, which showcases a variety of domestic and international destinations, is being held at Palace Grounds for three days starting from 26 July 2024.

The AATO pavilion at the exhibition was inaugurated by Mr. K. Lakshminarayanan, Hon’ble Tourism Minister of Puducherry. Over 20 delegates from AATO are participating in the event, with support from Makruzz.

Mr. M. Vinod highlighted the significance of the exhibition, noting that it attracts thousands of tourism stakeholders from around the world, including tourism departments from more than 20 states. He emphasized the importance of the event in promoting the Andamans as a global brand, providing a valuable platform for stakeholders from the region to interact and showcase their unique products and services to the travel community.

AATO has a history of participating in travel exhibitions both in India and abroad to boost tourism in the Andamans. The association is also set to participate in other major tourism exhibitions and trade fairs, including SATTE in New Delhi and TTF in Gandhi Nagar, Gujarat.
