The 13th International Tourism Mart (ITM) 2025, held in Gangtok, Sikkim from 13th to 16th November, concluded successfully with robust participation from tourism stakeholders across India and abroad.
A delegation from the Andaman Association of Tour Operators (AATO), led by its President Mr. M. Vinod, took part in the event, accompanied by members Mr. Saikat Biswas and Ms. Bhugneshwari.
This year’s ITM saw the presence of more than 200 international delegates from 19 countries and around 100 domestic representatives from 25 States and Union Territories, offering a strong platform for collaboration, networking, and showcasing tourism products.
The AATO delegation actively promoted Brand Andaman, engaging with global tourism professionals and exploring fresh opportunities to position the islands as a premier destination. The B2B session organised by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, was particularly productive, facilitating direct interactions between buyers, sellers, and industry experts.
Expressing gratitude, Mr. M. Vinod thanked the Ministry of Tourism and ADTOI for the opportunity to participate in the prestigious event. He also acknowledged the Government of Sikkim and the Sikkim Tourism Department for their warm hospitality and seamless coordination.
AATO’s participation in ITM 2025 has strengthened professional networks and opened new avenues to further enhance the global visibility of Andaman Tourism.
