Members of the Andaman Association of Tour Operators (AATO) are actively participating in SATTE 2026, one of Asia’s premier travel and tourism exhibitions, being held at Yashobhoomi (India International Convention & Expo Centre), Dwarka, New Delhi, from February 25 to 27.

Representing the Andaman & Nicobar Islands, several AATO members are taking part under the Andaman Tourism Pavilion set up by the Directorate of Tourism, A&N Administration. A few members are also showcasing their offerings through individual stalls at the exhibition.

The Andaman Tourism Pavilion, put together by the Directorate of Tourism, has drawn considerable attention from visitors, travel trade partners, and tourism stakeholders. The pavilion highlights the islands’ unique attractions and offers informative brochures and promotional materials, enabling visitors to gain deeper insights into the tourism potential of the Andaman & Nicobar Islands.

Mr. M. Vinod, President of AATO, expressed his gratitude to the Commissioner (Tourism), Secretary (Tourism), and Director of Tourism, A&N Administration, for providing island tourism stakeholders the opportunity to participate in such a prestigious international platform.

He said that participation in global travel exhibitions like SATTE plays a vital role in strengthening industry networks, promoting the islands’ tourism products, and creating new business opportunities for local operators.

Mr. Vinod further noted that promoting “Brand Andamans” at a major international travel marketplace would significantly enhance the visibility of the islands and contribute to boosting tourism in the Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
