AATO & Ministry of Tourism Celebrates International Yoga Day at Corbyn’s Cove Beach

Andaman Association of Tour Operators (AATO) joined forces with the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, to commemorate International Yoga Day at Corbyn’s Cove Beach today morning. The event captivated participants and successfully promoted health, wellness, and tourism in the exquisite Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

AATO’s collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism aimed to highlight the captivating beauty of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands while fostering wellness tourism in the region. Attendees at the event had the opportunity to experience the tranquility of Corbyn’s Cove Beach and engage in rejuvenating yoga practices guided by expert instructors.

The celebration witnessed enthusiastic participation from AATO members, tourists, life guards, tourism stakeholders, members of the Andaman Sea Adventure Association, and dedicated personnel from the TSET team and A&N Police department. Through their combined efforts, the event was impeccably organized, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all attendees.

Esteemed yoga instructors from Ayush and Patanjali played a vital role in emphasizing the significance of yoga during the event. Participants were led through various yoga postures and breathing exercises, enabling them to experience the positive effects of yoga on their physical and mental well-being.

Mr. M. Vinod, President of AATO, expressed his delight with the overwhelming success of the International Yoga Day celebration at Corbyn’s Cove Beach. He stated, “This event not only promoted yoga but also showcased the captivating beauty of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
