The AIKMCC Andaman State Committee has extended financial and material support to a resident of Garacharma, who is battling a severe kidney ailment and undergoing dialysis three times a week.
The case was brought to the committee’s attention by Mr. Sashi Kumar (Digital Andaman Facebook Group), who requested assistance for the patient facing immense health and financial hardships. Responding promptly, AIKMCC provided the patient with a monthly ration kit to ease household needs and also offered financial aid to help cover his medical and daily expenses. The committee further assured that it would continue providing a ration kit every month to reduce the burden on the family.
The AIKMCC Andaman State Committee expressed gratitude to Mr. Sashi Kumar for highlighting the matter and enabling timely intervention.
Reaffirming its commitment, the committee stated that AIKMCC Andaman will continue to stand by poor and needy islanders during their struggles, ensuring that no one is left behind in their fight for survival and dignity.
