COVID-19 cases are rapidly increasing in mainland India and with the increase in number of cases the respective State Governments are also changing their air arrival rules for passengers form different states. It is important for one to know the arrival rules of the city that they are flying. Some States have made it mandatory for people from certain states to carry RT-PCR negative test report, some states have made it mandatory to generate and carry e-pass. Let us look at the current rules for Air Travellers from Andaman and Nicobar Islands to other frequently travelled cities as on 2 APR 2021:
Chennai: E-Pass is Mandatory. (You can generate E-Pass from https://eregister.tnega.org/), Aarogya Setu App is mandatory.
Kolkata: Mandatory to fill declaration on Sandhane App (Download Sandhane App from http://74.50.58.66/systems/Sandhane/1.2/Sandhane_Gen.apk), Aarogya Setu App is mandatory.
Delhi: Aarogya Setu App is mandatory.
Bengaluru: Aarogya Setu App is advisable.
Hyderabad: Aarogya Setu App is advisable.
Visakhapatnam: Registration Mandatory on Spandana website (www.spandana.ap.gov.in), Aarogya Setu App is mandatory.
