The Andaman and Nicobar Administration has approved new guidelines for the operation of All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs) in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands with the aim of regulating ATV activities and ensuring the safety of tourists as well as operators.
According to official information, the guidelines have been framed to streamline ATV operations across the Islands while maintaining safety standards and proper oversight of such adventure tourism activities.
In this regard, the Administration has invited applications from interested individuals, entrepreneurs and firms seeking permission to operate All-Terrain Vehicles in accordance with the prescribed guidelines.
Applicants are required to submit their applications along with the necessary documents as specified in the guidelines.
