2. Avoid Clicking Unfamiliar Links: Exercise caution when encountering links in messages from unknown sources, refraining from clicking on them to prevent potential security breaches.
3. Verify Job Information from Authorised Sources: Seek job-related information exclusively from verified and authorised company websites to ensure authenticity.
4. Install Updated Anti-Virus Software: Maintain updated and robust anti-virus software across all digital devices for enhanced security and protection against cyber threats.
5. Promptly Block and Report Suspicious Numbers: Take immediate action by blocking suspicious numbers and reporting fraudulent offers to the authorities.
6. Stay Informed About Cyber Frauds: Remain updated about prevalent cyber frauds and scams to recognise and avoid potential threats.
7. Implement Enhanced Security Measures: Enable 2-factor authentication and fingerprint options provided by online platforms for an additional layer of security.
8. Practice Safe Online Behaviour: Consistently adhere to safe online practices to minimise the risk of falling victim to cyber fraud.
