Andaman Law College Celebrates Saraswati Puja with Devotion and Cultural Fervour

Shree Saraswati Puja was celebrated with great devotion and enthusiasm at Andaman Law College on January 23 and 24, 2026, with active participation from students, faculty members and invited guests.

The two-day programme commenced with puja of Maa Saraswati  on the first day, conducted with full traditional rituals in a spiritually charged atmosphere. The occasion was graced by Hon’ble Judges from the District and Sessions Court, Sri Vijaya Puram, South Andaman, who attended the ceremony as distinguished guests and encouraged the students through their presence.

The celebrations continued on the second day with a series of colourful cultural programmes organised by the students of the college. The cultural event was graced by Swami Suddhanand Saraswati of Chinmaya Mission as the Chief Guest. Sanyasini Chaitanyanandmayee and Advocate Rakesh Pal Gobind attended the programme as Guests of Honour. The dignitaries addressed the gathering and shared inspiring messages, adding spiritual and intellectual depth to the occasion.

Students of Andaman Law College played an active role in organising and participating in all the events, ensuring the smooth conduct of the celebrations. The Saraswati Puja festivities concluded with the Visarjan ceremony on January 24, marking the successful completion of the programme.

The celebration reflected the spirit of devotion, cultural richness and collective effort, leaving lasting memories for the college community.
