In its ongoing commitment to prioritise patient care and satisfaction, the Andaman & Nicobar Islands Institute of Medical Sciences (ANIIMS) has taken a significant step by introducing a Patient Feedback System at GB Pant Hospital.
The innovative system utilises Quick Response (QR) codes, which have been strategically placed throughout the hospital, allowing patients to provide valuable feedback and suggestions with ease. Patients accessing any services within the ANIIMS facility can simply use their smartphones to scan the QR codes, enabling them to share their thoughts on various aspects of their hospital experience, including the quality of care received, the availability of services, the conduct of staff members, and the overall cleanliness of the hospital environment.
ANIIMS recognises the importance of patient feedback in continuous improvement and is eager to receive honest input from all users of GB Pant Hospital’s services. This initiative aims to further enhance patient satisfaction and ensure the hospital consistently delivers the highest quality of care.
Patients are encouraged to actively participate in this endeavour and have been requested to be on the lookout for QR codes in waiting areas, patient rooms, and other key locations within the hospital premises. Both positive and constructive feedback, along with proposed solutions, are highly valuable and will play a pivotal role in the ongoing efforts to improve and maintain the quality of services at GB Pant Hospital.
The administration of GB Pant Hospital, in collaboration with the Quality Assurance team, remains dedicated to providing top-notch healthcare services with the ultimate goal of ensuring the highest levels of patient satisfaction. This new Patient Feedback System demonstrates ANIIMS’ commitment to transparency, responsiveness, and continuous improvement in the healthcare services it offers to the community.
