The Andaman & Nicobar Islands Real Estate Association (ANIREA) has announced that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on 24th September 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Association’s office in Goalghar, Port Blair.
The meeting agenda includes the presentation of the Annual Report and Audited Accounts for the financial year 2024–25, appointment of auditors for FY 2025–26, and approval of the action plan for the coming year. Members will also deliberate on the challenges and opportunities in the real estate sector across the Islands.
If required, elections for office bearers will be conducted during the session. The proceedings will conclude with a vote of thanks.
The Association has urged all members to attend punctually, stressing that quorum, as prescribed in the bye-laws, is necessary for the meeting. It further clarified that only members with cleared subscription dues will be eligible to vote.
ANIREA expressed confidence that the AGM will serve as a constructive platform for dialogue and decision-making, aimed at strengthening and streamlining the real estate sector in the Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
