Andaman Nicobar Territorial Congress Committee on 23rd January 2023, celebrated the 126th Birth Anniversary of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose at Gandhi Bhavan, Port Blair.
ANTCC President, Mr. Rangalal Halder garlanded the portrait of Netaji Ji, followed by floral tributes by the Chief Organiser of Congress Seva Dal, City Congress President, NSUI State President, Mahila Congress Members, all Senior Leaders and Party Workers.
Mr. Rangalal Halder during his address said that everyone should remember and honour Netaji’s indomitable spirit and selfless service towards the Nation. He added that Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose was a revolutionary freedom fighter who led the Indian National Congress as its President in 1938 and his contributions shall always be remembered by every Indian.
Mr. Rangalal further spoke about the prominence of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose during British rule in India. He also spoke about the Azad Hind Fauj constituted by Netaji to fight for India’s Freedom from British Rule.
