Mr. Rangalal Halder, the President of the Andaman Nicobar Territorial Congress Committee (ANTCC), has brought forth a crucial concern regarding the transportation hurdles faced by candidates participating in the ongoing Forest Mazdoor Recruitment 2023.
In an official communication addressed to the Secretary-cum-Director of the State Transport Service (STS), Halder highlighted the significant challenges encountered by candidates traveling from Port Blair to Rangat. Overbooked tickets for State Transport Service (STS) buses have resulted in delays, jeopardising the timely arrival of candidates at their examination centres.
To counter this issue, Halder proposed a practical solution, urging the State Transport Service to consider arranging additional bus services from Port Blair to Rangat on alternate days between December 6th and December 15th, 2023. This proposition aims to alleviate the transportation woes faced by candidates and ensure a smoother and more efficient conduct of the Forest Mazdoor Recruitment in the Middle Andaman region.
Stressing the importance of this initiative, Halder emphasized that the provision of additional bus services during this crucial period will not only provide essential support to the candidates but also significantly enhance the overall efficiency of the recruitment process in the islands.
The ANTCC President’s appeal comes at a critical juncture as the Forest Mazdoor Recruitment 2023 continues, with examinations scheduled until December 15th. Halder’s proactive approach underscores the need for immediate action to facilitate seamless transportation for candidates participating in this important recruitment drive.
