The Directorate of Information, Publicity & Tourism (IP&T) has invited applications from interested entrepreneurs, firms, and individuals for the allotment of food and general stalls during the Island Tourism Festival 2025, scheduled to be held from December 27 to 31, 2025, at the ITF Ground, Sri Vijaya Puram.
The stalls will be allotted on a lottery basis in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the application form.
The application form (Annexure-I) along with the detailed terms and conditions for allotment of stalls are available on the official website of the Directorate of IP&T from November 12, 2025. Applicants may download the form and submit the duly filled application along with the signed terms and conditions, prescribed rent, and security deposit to the Tourism Department (Operational Section) physically on or before November 25, 2025, by 3 PM.
Applications received after the deadline will not be entertained.
As per the schedule released by the Directorate, the allotment of stalls by the committee will take place on December 1, 2025, while allotment letters will be issued on December 12, 2025.
