Demonstrating solidarity and compassion, the Bambooflat Block Congress has extend financial assistance to a cancer patient from Medical Pahar. The identity of the patient has been kept confidential to respect privacy.
The contribution was made possible through the collective efforts of Block Congress cadres, shop owners from Bambooflat Jetty, and the ANTCC President, Mr. Rangalal Halder, who came forward to support the noble cause.
Speaking on the initiative, Mr. Abhi Bhusan Ghosh, Block Congress President, Bambooflat, expressed gratitude towards all donors for their generosity and emphasised the importance of community-driven support in times of medical crises.
“This act of kindness is a reflection of our community’s compassion. We will continue to stand by those in need,” Mr. Ghosh said.
The Block Congress urged residents to continue extending their support to individuals and families facing difficult circumstances, reaffirming their commitment to social welfare initiatives.
