Basic Statistics Handbook 2022-23 of Andaman and Nicobar Islands Released

Mr. Nikhil Kumar, IAS, Chief Secretary (I/C), of the Andaman & Nicobar (A&N) Administration, officiated the release of the ‘Basic Statistics Handbook 2022-23’ for the region in his chambers on March 14th, 2024. This crucial event was attended by prominent figures including Mr. Arjun Sharma, IAS, Deputy Commissioner South Andaman, Ms. Nandini Maharaj, IAS, Secretary, Statistics (I/C), Mr. Gaurang Mishra, Director (Eco. & Stat.), and Mr. D.S. Clement Stephen, Statistical Officer (HQ), along with the Statistical team.

The annual release of the handbook serves as a vital resource for administrators, planners, stakeholders, research scholars, policymakers, educationalists, government offices, organizations, and the public at large.
