Bharatiya Janata Party, Andaman and Nicobar Islands today organised #ISupportAgnipath signature campaign near Marina Park. Senior leaders of the party along with leaders of all Morchas were present on the occasion.
A large number of citizens signed on the banner during the signature campaign extending their support towards Govt. of India’s Agnipath Scheme for recruitment in the Armed Forces.
BJP workers briefed the citizens on Agnipath Scheme and explained the benefit of the scheme to them. Youth were encouraged to join the Armed Forces as Agniveers.
BJP leaders also informed the media that BJP will wholeheartedly support and extend all cooperation to the youth to join the Armed Forces of our Nation as Agniveers.
BJP has also invited the youth to visit BJP Office in case they need any assistance in applying for the recruitment under Agnipath Scheme.
A cultural programme was also organised during the occasion for the entertainment of the citizens.
