In a moment of pride and celebration, Mr. Ajoy Bairagi, the State President of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, and Mrs. Sampa Banerjee, the State President of BJP Mahila Morcha, extended their heartfelt congratulations to Ms. Kamachi Chellammal, a prominent women farmer from South Andaman and a State Executive Member of BJP Mahila Morcha, on being honoured with the prestigious Padma Shri Award.
