The Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Kolkata Bench, will conduct a Circuit Sitting in Sri Vijaya Puram, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, from March 16 to March 20, 2026 (both days inclusive).
According to information received from the Section Officer/Head of Office, CAT Kolkata Bench, fresh applications will also be entertained during the Circuit Sitting.
All departments having pending cases before the Tribunal have been requested to contact the Government Pleader or Panel Advocates with relevant case documents and brief them in detail to enable the Government Counsel to effectively defend the cases on behalf of the Administration.
Heads of Departments have also been requested to instruct their respective Nodal Officers to remain present in the Tribunal on the date of hearing along with the necessary documents to assist the Government Pleader or Panel Advocates during the proceedings.
