CBSE AISSCE (Class XII) Results 2023-24 Declared: 24 Schools of Islands Achieve 100% Passing Rate

The much-anticipated results of the CBSE All India Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (Class XII) for the academic year 2023-24 were announced on May 13th, 2024. With bated breath, students and educators awaited the outcome of their hard work and dedication.

According to data downloaded from the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) website, out of the 4858 students who appeared for the Class XII examinations from both Government and Private Schools across the picturesque Andaman & Nicobar Islands, a staggering 4590 candidates emerged victorious by passing the examinations. However, 219 students found themselves placed in the compartment category.

The overall pass percentage for the A & N Islands region stood proudly at 94.48%, showcasing the commitment to education prevalent among the island’s student community.

A notable highlight of the results was the remarkable performance of 24 schools that achieved a perfect 100% pass rate. The educational institutions which achieved 100% Pass Rate are: 1. Kendriya Vidyalaya – 1, 2. Kendriya Vidyalaya – 2, 3. Khalsa Public School, 4. Mahatma Gandhi International School, 5. St. Mary’s School, Bhathubasti, 6. Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, 7. Vivekananda Kendra Zilla Parishad Vidyalaya – Port Mout, 8. Government Model Senior Secondary School, Ferrargunj, 9. Crescent Public School, 10. Vitala Public School, 11. Government Model Senior Secondary School – Sita Nagar, 12. Government Senior Secondary School – Pahalgaon, 13. Government Senior Secondary School – Long Island, 14. Government Senior Secondary School – Oralkatcha, 15. Government Model Senior Secondary School – Mayabunder, 16. Government Senior Secondary School – Sabari Junction, 17. JNV Panchvati, 18. Government Senior Secondary School – Vijay Nagar, 19. Government Senior Secondary School – Malacca, 20. Government Senior Secondary School – Sawai, 21. Government Model Senior Secondary School – Goal Tekry, 22. Government Senior Secondary School – Kapanga, 23. Government Senior Secondary School – Bengali and 24. Government Senior Secondary School – Champin.
